Call or send a request with your address and what you want lit. Photos and ideas help, but a rough idea is plenty to start.

Walkthrough and design
We look at the property, the power and the access, then plan a layout. Commercial projects start with a site walkthrough and a concept design.

Installation

In-season service and takedown
If something goes dark, call us and we get it on the schedule. After the holidays, we take everything down and leave the property tidy.
How a season runs
Installs commonly run from October into early December, and takedown comes after the holidays. Booking earlier gives you more date options.

Early requests get the widest choice of install dates. It is also the easiest time to walk the property and plan a design without rushing.

We look at the property, the power and the access, talk through the look you want and send a free estimate that spells out what is included.

Installation
Crews hang the display, check connections as they go and test everything before they leave. If weather moves your date, we let you know.

In-season service
If a section goes dark or a storm knocks something loose, call us and we will schedule a service visit.

Takedown
After the holidays we take everything down with care, so the house goes back to normal for the rest of winter.

All holiday lighting questionsHow do estimates work?
Estimates are free. Call us or use the request form, and we will look at the property, plan the layout and send a written estimate.
How should I prepare for installation?
Make sure the crew can reach exterior outlets, gates and the areas being lit. Keep the driveway clear if the bucket truck needs it, and tell us about pets, locked gates or anything fragile near the house.
What happens if the weather is bad on install day?
Michigan fall weather is part of the job, and crews work in the cold. When ice, heavy rain or high wind make roof or lift work unsafe, we reschedule and let you know the new plan.
What if some lights stop working during the season?
Call us. In-season service is part of what we do, and we will set up a service visit for the section that went out.
