One company, start to finish
The entrance sets the tone for the whole community. We light entrance signs, trees, shrubs and landscape islands so the neighborhood looks cared for every evening of the season. For boards and property managers, we keep it simple: one walkthrough, a clear plan to share with the board, then installation, in-season service and removal. The same process works for a small condominium association or a large subdivision.

Installation
Crews work from the ground, the roof and the bucket truck, check connections as they go and test the display before they leave.
In-season service and takedown
If something goes dark, call us and we get it on the schedule. After the holidays, we take everything down and leave the property tidy.

Can you light more than one entrance?
Yes. Many subdivisions have two or more entrances. We can plan them together so they match.
Can residents book lighting for their own homes?
Yes. Residents can request their own Christmas light installation estimate, separate from the entrance plan.
