    We look at the property, the power and the access, then plan a layout. Commercial projects start with a site walkthrough and a concept design.

    You get an estimate that spells out what gets lit and what is included. Nothing moves forward until it makes sense to you.

  4. Installation

    Crews work from the ground, the roof and the bucket truck, check connections as they go and test the display before they leave.

  5. In-season service and takedown

    If something goes dark, call us and we get it on the schedule. After the holidays, we take everything down and leave the property tidy.

When should a shopping center book holiday lighting?

Early. Centers usually want the display lit before the busiest shopping weeks, which means planning in late summer or early fall. If that window has passed, call anyway and we will tell you what is still possible.

Can you install without disrupting tenants?

We plan installation around store hours, deliveries and parking, and confirm the schedule with property management before the crew arrives.

Can you light more than one property?

Yes. Property managers can bundle several centers or buildings into one plan with one point of contact for the season.
